Tina Contreras leads the TOBCF prison minstry and has been faithful in her service in this ministry for many years. She partners with several other prison ministries to reach the hearts of those who are incarcerated. Many times they feel forgotten and have little hope because of their situation. Man in the prison encounter God and have a life change that lasts, even after they leave the prison system.
